- International Portal (100% Paperless 
Application Process)
Directed the development of a world-class International Application Portal that implements a fully electronic Admissions business process designed to reduce the international student application time from days to hours, and increase SMC's competitive position. The application is directly responsible for a 125% increase in conversions and 620% increase in new clients. The new product introduces self-service Document Imaging, a process that allows students to upload required documents and Admissions Officers to review, approve them and upload documents to the enterprise document imaging system--in a single click.  

- Cloud Identity Management (IM) System
Led the development of a world-class cloud ready IM system able to smartly meet the requirements of federated and loosely coupled cloud based applications.
